12-Month Warranty from Elevon Elevon offers a comprehensive 12-month warranty from the date of retail purchase. During this period, Elevon provides two options: (A) replace the product with an equivalent new product; or (B) offer a partial or full refund of the original purchase price upon the return of the product. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason Elevon offers a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for any reason. Full refunds are issued for undamaged returns, initiated after inspection upon arrival at Elevon's warehouse.
Return Requirements:
• Include all accessories.
• Retain original packaging.
• Elevon covers shipping costs for non-quality related warranty claims.
• Elevon refunds the product cost for non-quality related claims.
• Returns failing to meet these requirements may be rejected.
Note: Refunds for non-quality issues are not processed post-warranty. This service is exclusive to direct purchases from Elevon. For third-party purchases, contact the respective retailer. Unauthorized reselling of Elevon products is prohibited.

Items taken outside their original country of purchase or shipped from an authorized online purchase invalidate this warranty. Warranties for replacements adhere to the original item's warranty period or 3 months post-replacement, whichever is longer. Full refunds render warranties void.
